CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

By cleaning and maintaining the printer regularly, you will prolong its durability and reliability, and

also reduce the inconvenience of unnecessary malfunctions. Perform the following procedures

regularly after turning the printer OFF and removing the battery pack.

CLEANING THE PRINT HEAD

The printer mode, Head Check Setting, enables the user to set up the printer to determine

whether the printing area is correct, and to determine whether the printing area is correct, and to

1. Slide the Cover Open

2. Close lever downwards to release the cover.

If the lever cannot be pushed downwards, first slide the dispenser unit downwards (see the red

arrows), so that it returns to the continuous mode position.

3. Remove power and battery, then wipe off any dirt on the print head using isopropyl alcohol.

Never use thinner, benzene, or kerosene.
